WHAT IS A DISTANCE/REMOTE BODY TALK SESSION?
A distance BodyTalk session is basically the same as an in person session, however, it is facilitated from a distance by phone, video conference or email.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Same as an in-person session, I will begin by asking about your health & wellness history. I will ask what your primary complaints are and what goals or outcomes you would like to achieve from BodyTalk.
When it is time to receive the session, you can relax comfortably and be present with the information coming through, or you may go about your day and receive session notes by email to review at a convenient time for you.
I use a skill called MindScape to focus in on your bodymind. Same as an in-person session I will “tune in” to the areas of priority and any techniques necessary to integrate the balances.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
BodyTalk uses complex concepts from modern physics such as quantum entanglement, a theory in the field of quantum physics, and operates with the idea that consciousness is the substrate of all things. Everything is energy. When you deconstruct anything physical, you end up with molecules, atoms, subatomic particles & ultimately, frequencies of energy. Everything and every person has a unique frequency the same as every radio or television station has its own unique frequency. Using MindScape and BodyTalk training, I am able to “tune in” to your unique energy frequency, access the information necessary to conduct your session and facilitate healing.
ARE DISTANCE SESSIONS EFFECTIVE?
Yes, from clinical experience and client feedback distance BodyTalk sessions are just as effective as an in person session. Certified BodyTalk Practitioners and their clients have observed noticeable improvements in all aspects of health - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - using distance BodyTalk sessions.
DO I NEED TO BELIEVE IN BODY TALK OR DISTANCE SESSIONS FOR THEM TO WORK?
No, you do not need to believe in distance sessions for them to work. However, having an open mind definitely helps!
